HYROX Engine Builder

4 rounds: 800m run, 20 wall balls, 20m farmer carry, 12 burpee broad jumps. Rest 90 sec.

Beginner HYROX Session

3 rounds: 400m run, 20 air squats, 12 incline push-ups, 20 walking lunges.

No Sled HYROX Prep

5 rounds: 500m run, 20 goblet squats, 30m heavy carry, 12 burpees.

Wall Ball Tolerance

EMOM 20: run, wall balls, lunges, rest. Keep breathing steady and reps clean.

Race Simulation Lite

6 x 500m run alternating with station work: carries, wall balls, rowing calories and burpees.
