EMOM 16: 10 light wall balls, 12 air squats, 30 sec plank, rest.
After a 20 min easy engine block: 100 wall balls for time, broken into smart sets.
Reduce ball weight first, then reduce set size. The goal is to maintain squat depth, breathing rhythm and repeatable sets under fatigue.
