Wall Ball Capacity

Every 3 min x 6: 400m run + 20 wall balls. Keep every set smooth and unbroken if possible.

Late Race Legs

4 rounds: 500m run, 25 wall balls, 20 walking lunges, 60 sec rest.

Beginner Wall Ball Prep

EMOM 16: 10 light wall balls, 12 air squats, 30 sec plank, rest.

HYROX Wall Ball Finisher

After a 20 min easy engine block: 100 wall balls for time, broken into smart sets.

How to scale wall balls for HYROX

Reduce ball weight first, then reduce set size. The goal is to maintain squat depth, breathing rhythm and repeatable sets under fatigue.
