No Equipment HYROX WOD 1

AMRAP 24: 400m run, 20 walking lunges, 20 mountain climbers, 10 burpees.

No Equipment HYROX WOD 2

5 rounds: 500m run, 30 air squats, 20 sit-ups, 12 burpee broad jumps.

No Equipment HYROX WOD 3

EMOM 20: run, lunges, push-ups, wall sit, rest. Keep the same pace every round.

No Equipment HYROX WOD 4

For Time: 1km run, 100 lunges, 80 squats, 60 sit-ups, 40 burpees, 1km run.
