5 rounds: 500m run, 30 air squats, 20 sit-ups, 12 burpee broad jumps.
EMOM 20: run, lunges, push-ups, wall sit, rest. Keep the same pace every round.
For Time: 1km run, 100 lunges, 80 squats, 60 sit-ups, 40 burpees, 1km run.
You can still build compromised running, leg endurance and pacing discipline without machines. Use these WODs when you train at home or travel.
