By Borja Bes — CrossFit Athlete & Hyrox Finisher
The muscle snatch moves a light bar from the floor or hang to overhead without rebending the knees to receive it. In a warm-up it teaches close bar path, vertical extension, and active overhead turnover before faster snatch work. Use it to raise temperature, rehearse clean positions, and prepare the joints without creating fatigue before the main workout.
